NCBI Labs have taken home the award for Best Digital Team at the 26th Annual Spider Awards held on Friday 3rd March in Dublin’s Mansion House. On the same day NCBI Group Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder & Director of IA Labs Kyran O’Mahoney won the award for Digital Trailblazer at the National Digital Awards.
Dubbed the Oscars of Ireland’s digital industry, the Spider Awards are the longest-running digital awards ceremony in Ireland. Now in their 26th year, these prestigious awards are dedicated towards recognising companies and individuals driving digital excellence.
Last year NCBI Labs won the award for Best Remote Team at the Spiders and this year enjoyed continued success by taking home the award for Best Digital Team. The NCBI Labs team was competing against some of the biggest brand names in the technology sector in Ireland and delighted with the win.
It wasn’t the first award win of the day for NCBI Labs either, as earlier in the day NCBI Group Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder & Director of IA Labs Kyran O’Mahoney won the award for Digital Trailblazer of the Year at the National Digital Awards. An ambassador for digital inclusion, this award recognises Kyran’s leadership and enthusiasm in making the digital world more accessible to people who are blind or vision impaired.
