NCBI is so appreciative of the time, commitment and skills our volunteers offer. There are opportunities to volunteer across different parts of the organisation. In each role, we guarantee a positive and fulfilling experience with training and supervision available.
Retail volunteer
Our shops are run by a team of dedicated volunteers supported by a shop manager. Volunteers accept and sort donations, do stock taking, visual merchandising and customer service.
Services volunteer
Supporting NCBI staff throughout the country by offering friendship and support to service users. This can include conducting weekly support phone calls in our Connection Network programme or offering feedback in development of NCBI Smart Hub etc.
Fundraising volunteer
NCBI has to actively fundraise to ensure the delivery of our services across the country. You can join us by assisting in fundraising events or organise your own.
