Overview of Role:
Assist with a variety of admin tasks including answering and making phone calls. Logging deliveries and collections. General database entry.
Key Tasks:
- Answering and making calls
- Logging the deliveries and collections on system
- Advising drivers of any specific details regarding collections
- General data entry
Location: Cherry Orchard Business Park, Dublin
Commitment: 4 hours once/ twice a week
Manage By: Office Administrator
Skills and Experience Required
- Knowledge of general admin practice
- Comfortable talking over the phone
- Computer Literate
- Good Communication skills
- Organised
- Experience working in logistics a bonus but not essential
Training and Induction
- Overview of NCBI
- Volunteer team meet & greet.
- Induction provided on volunteer role on commencement
